I am someone who is TV addict from childhood ( I see most serials in there blooming phase as they are crisp in their story, during that period). I always wondered why a TV actor or actresses finds there soul-mate in their onscreen pair, or someone from their own TV fraternity; Hence I always managed to believe like a Doctor prefers a Doctor, and Engineer another one, same with them as it is always easy to cope up with someone of same profession. You have same line of work, same adversities and probably same perception :)
But I must tell you, this mind of mine is never on rest, it always tries to explore the known things in a different style, that's how I stumbled upon another part of this same story. I realized TV provided few more opportunities to these people which all of our professions lack; "they them-self find people who can become best couple onscreen and probably off-screen too".
Just imagine all the casting directors working day and night to bring together people who can pass in there look-up test, and somehow complement each other in many things; isn't it like some Pundit's job who tries to match kundli's and hitch two unknown people together :P. The only difference one is in real and the other belongs to virtual world. And when you have someone who complements you so much and you are hit as virtual couple, then there is no thinking back.
In TV you can virtually try how life would be in different conditions with the same person, though reel life is not close to real life, but they do answers many questions about the person whom we need years to find out.
And here you have the best judgement of your to be life partner.
