Stand and Protect the innocent smiles

The movie Padmaavat which was earlier stated as 'Padmaavati' had too much drama involved with ever since the beginning;  the reason is still unknown and will always remain so, because the Rajputs were against in showcasing this movie while the movie only talks about their extreme valor and bravery to the extent which lasted beyond their death! The unsaid drama, the burning of school buses, destruction of public property only demeaned their extreme prestige, which was being honored in this movie. This all makes us feel whether those who created such nuance really have blood of their forefathers who were being showcased in this movie as such royal & powerful!

The picture impeccably shows a drama, which is said to be true, and gives goose bumps even today. It’s a story of a king, who fought for his kingdom, for his queen’s dignity and  for a prestige which goes with the name, 'Rajput'. The queen, who showed women are not just symbol of beauty, but have equal gallantry in their soft hands. The film talks about a प्रथा ,'जोहर' a mass self-immolation - this  was the way how queens saved their esteem when they lost in war, the result of losing would lead to life which was unimaginable and full of misery; because the war was always done for Power, Money and Woman.

Moving ahead to more constructive thing, we saw immense power in eyes of Padmaavati when she encouraged everyone for self-immolation for dignity, the battle which was lost on war-grounds was won by these valiant women, and even today they are being saluted for it. Due to this reason, Rajput’s,even today, hit the streets, because they were afraid that not even the slightest of dignity of these women be lost by this articulated movie. I was amazed with the power they showed; the unity which they stood with. To some extent, it really made me feel proud, since we still acknowledge dignity of women more than anything, and for someone who existed may be in just poems of Malik Muhammad Jayasi 500 years back. But a striking thought which hits me now - "What about today? Do we stand with equal vision and solidarity for something which is actually happening in front of our eyes?" The increasing incidents of rape, molestation etc. Have no account. To help escalate the issue, we do have acid attacks. And to encourage all of it, we quietly sit at our homes, blaming victim’s helplessness because she stepped out of home, may be at a time, or may be in an attire which encouraged all of this. Doesn't this movie easily show that the victim could be as innocent and as detached from the blame, as Rani Padmaavati herself was? But nobody has really stood up with so much solidarity; if they would have, the results of these cases won’t have risen by even a single percentage!!! Relating it to the movie-should we provide every girl with a knife, to cut her throat if she found herself in such a situation? This would be something not in my hands, or yours, since it would be going against the law but we can still ponder about it, and may be a small inception of such thought could actually help us in correcting where we are going wrong.

Now moving to something which I have been waiting to write about: child molestation or child sexual abuse. Even writing about this gives me goose bumps, the only thing I fear more nowadays, is not a natural calamity or a terrorist attack, but an attempt of molestation on a small kid, who could be as small as 8 months , and there is no end, talking about the latest Kathua incident, 8 years old girl!!! The heinous crime has no explanation, neither can we ask an infant to protect itself from this, nor are we seeing someone really standing up for the cause. (Read silence)

Talking about an adult, we can't really ask law makers to be blind and give an adult victim total power of taking laws in their hands, because it could be really be misused, as being suggested. But we can really stand up for a child victim, who is so pure and embraces sanctity. It’s really the time to hold one another's hands, and together stand tall, and punish their offenders.

I hereby demand for "Public burning of such offender, Burn those who think of touching a child"

Let’s start a revolution #BurnTheChildMolester #BurnThem #BurnThePrivatePartsofChildMolester

I believe if we punish even one culprit, many of them would understand the extent of their crime, which they have failed to understand till now. The crime record of such attempts, hold a long history, it’s not a start what we are hearing now, but let’s bring an end to it!

My child is the reason I laugh, smile and want to get up every morning , is it same for You ?

I am totally convinced with #BurnTheChildMolester #BurnThem #BurnThePrivatePartsofChildMolester, Are You?

Note:  Lets not stand for political Reasons, Like our youngest  Congress Youth Leader is trying to potray!!!
